Posted on 02/18/08 - 09:15 PM Hey I really need help. I just had my baby, and for some reason I'm either eating something that upsets her, or I'm eating something that's blah and not very tasteful. If anyone can help me with some recipes that will not upset babies delicate tummy and be very tasteful please tell me I would really appreciate it. And maybe it will help some other women out. Thanks so much guys. |

Posted on 03/13/08 - 06:07 PM Hi, I follow a vegan diet and it is healthy as well as easy to digest for baby. Try home made veggie pizza with no cheese (extra sauce makes it yummy). Black bean tacos with tomotoes, lettuce, corn tortilla, avacado ect. Try goveg.com they have thousands of recipes with pictures. Anything for your taste that is healthy too. |
